Lots of GREAT things happening, just haven’t had the “right” laptop to share these items with ya.
My chemistry results have been amazing. I feel this surge of energy I haven’t in some time, my diet is normalizing, the sugar is getting under control, and I wake up and can get going…something that depression took away.
I’ll fill in details later, but for now, you have to check out this Bill Maher rant on the pharmo companies. It sounds nearly identical to my own rant I provided to clients — gratis.
With Rahm Emanual as a host that day, I do get giddy just thinking about the fact that Bill could have Obama’s ear on health care reform if he were to just not be bombarded with special interest groups vying for their buck.

My good friend called tonight and said “hey girl, I’m SUPER gassy, what should I do?”
So, an hour later, she on the magic poo table having an amazing release (and relief) when she started moaning, laughing, smiling, with utter relief. As she was rubbing her tummy, she just let out what was easily 10 lbs of waste, there was such a relief as her whole body seemed to collapse in this esctasy of expelling so much waste! Then it occurred to me, it’s Freud’s anal analogy showing itself right there on the table. It’s a POO-GASM!! OMG, hilarious!

Chemistry update: On the supplement protocol for 24 hrs and feel noticably better. I am sleeping at night, and not after meals during the day. I’ve elminated about 50% of carbs, which I’m choosing to celebrate. The either/or extreme vision in life follows in my cleansing routine. But letting go of fruit is really difficult for me right now.
Smoothie Update: Romaine head, 1 banana, hemp protein, rice milk. YUM. Almost like vanilla chocolate shake. Jake was DIGGING it.
Lots of stuff going on in the last few days, all good, all positive, but now I have lots of work to do.

Well, I can’t say I was shocked by the results, but what I CAN say is that I appreciate BTA analysis more than ever now that I *need* my health, as opposed to the past when I had already *assumed* I had health. haha.
So, I’m taking it like a prescription for health and wellness. It doesn’t need to be complicated, I just need to get my chemistry back in range and THAT will make me feel better. I have been doing this, doing that, and trying this for much too long when the tools are right here in my healing room!
I broke out the books last night, endless fascinated with what I didn’t *get* the first time around (maybe because I was looking for something different?)
I also realized that like a prescription pad the doctor was happy to provide to me, this too requires that I adhere to the protocol. The supplements will help but until I get off the carbs, they won’t do a damn thing for me!
Here’s what George had to say…
“Hello Cindy
Think You for
going to you to care for yourself is when someone is sick. They are least inclined to take your themselves. So I know it took a lot of initiative on your part.
As you can see on the supplement protocol sheet, Beet Flow is included to try to move those gallstones. Then something that didn’t make it on the sheet I will know why it didn’t is Lipid +. You want take 2 of those with breakfast and 2 more with lunch. As you can see there is a blood sugar problem, that will give you the weight gain, the fatigue, as sugar displaces oxygen in the bloodstream. Everything that is happening is because high blood sugar is going to make all the fat cells grow as big as they can, cause of the body’s effort to change glucose into fat to lower the blood sugar level in the blood. And as is typical with sugar problems, the liver is having trouble keeping up. Another thing that didn’t make it on the list is alpha Ketogluterate which will make you feel significantly better relatively quickly. You would want to have 3 of those at suppertime as they will bring down the ammonia (as evidenced primarily in your saliva), which will allow the brain fog to clear up a bit. Another thing that could be added to the program is Lipoic plus. And you would do 3 of those at suppertime as those are always indicated for sugar issues.
But no amount of protocol can take place of stopping eating carbohydrates. It’s not your fault that you can’t have carbohydrates it’s because of despicable farming methods in the US that refines the product, while it is still being raised in the field. The genetically modified seed does not allow the mineral to come into the plant. Even if it was there.
You can also see that I started to handle the catabolic state a little bit with sterols and in the future you could add in some catabolic at suppertime probably 4 of them. And you would have a well-rounded program while you strive to change your diet completely away from carbohydrates.
In closing, “super fuel fiber” will help get some fiber into your diet as well is magnesium that will bring down the ureas a little bit and help the bile to go out the Southgate in

Yumm..how long do you think it took to prepare this?
I saw this blog and thought “yeah, I would say that is true about me.” I’m a raw food hypocrite. I advocate raw foods, colonics, detoxification, and living consciously, and there have been really wonderful times in my life where I have experienced all that they promise it to be!
But then, I fall off the wagon. And I don’t just fall off, I am somehow tied to the wagon and get dragged along the way. Sorta silly when you think about it, but I”m like the Oprah Winfrey of Raw Food. I fall off, I close my eyes and focus on other things, and then I come back around and ask “what the hell? how did I get HERE?” Oh yeah, by choice obviously.
So, I’m back on the raw til dinner time. Why? How did I get back and why now?
Well, it’s not easy to pinpoint the exact moment, as it has been building within me for some time.
But then, I started falling asleep after meals. Nearly passing out, not just a little siesta. Then I knew: my sugar levels are all screwed up.
I took my blood sugar level and sure enough it was 126 waking. Anywhere up to 100 is within normal range, according natural health laws. (Doctors will tell you that up to 120 is within normal range).
So that’s it, time to pull out the chemistry set, and get back into the science of cleansing. Because…why guess when you can be sure?

I was stumbling (www.stumbleupon.com), and came across one of the best articles I have seen on the effects of depression and the connection to nutrition.
As most of you know, I have been diagnosed with depression last year. And let me tell you, I fought it tooth and nail because a) I felt at the time it was a “catch phrase” diagnosis, and b) I thought with positive mental attitude, anyone can overcome symptoms of depression.
Until it happened to me.

So my committment this month is to track my BTA test results daily, along with a food diary, so see what results my body has to nutrition and depression.
Along the way, I will quote from resources that even my doctor will probably poo-poo. (Had to get the poop reference in there SOME where. hehe)
I’ll also be including Natalia’s Detox Diet along with twice weekly colonics and once a week infrared sauna sweating. I will add a few supplements as my terrain indicates but nothing over the top, trying to keep it food focused.
For those interested in the data, I will provide links and resources. For those who just want to read the journey I’m currently on, then know that I share this information hestitantly — depression is not something colon therapists typically go through (at least I think), but how straying from a whole food diet landed me here is just part of the journey of “returning home.”
I’m looking forward to getting my testing station re-calibrated and will start on Monday next week.
Yeah!

First, I absolutely LOVE this image!

Like that big "O"
When I had my wellness center, I had a few body builders come in to see me, not to mention professional athletes – you know the ones that get paid STUPID money to throw a leather ball around. Patient confidentiality prevents me to telling, but let me say that I had some big names come see me quite frequently for colon hydrotherapy.
So, why the interest in colon hydrotherapy and body builders? Well, as they astutely point out in the article, they tend to eat a LOT of meat. A LOT of protein sitting, there, rotting in the colon. Bleah! That’s gross.
Reminds me of Karen Keatings email me to me about a bumber sticker that made her think of me: (Thanks Karen)
Also, the build up of protein in the colon is going to create some pretty stinky gas, as the putrification of the meat takes a good 12-24 hours to digest. Have that meat 3 times per day and like many of wives who had their husbands come see me, you will be stinking out the household after a week much less a few years.
That much protein takes energy to digest, energy to consume. Athletes need to be at the top of their game, not nursing a heavy colon that inhibits their performance. With sports figures now touting colon therapy, I can only predict that this therapy will continue it’s growth to having many, many colon therapists per town instead of many miles away from each other.
According to the article, here are some typical signs it’s time to clean the colon:
Some people don’t have any noticeable bowel trouble, but are afraid of the many diseases of the colon. Others may feel that their diet may be poor, and they just want to keep their colon clean or some just enjoy colonic therapy every now and again.
When diet, stress, drugs, chemicals, and other substance irritate the colon, it tries to protect itself by producing more mucus. This additional mucus can bind with the sludge from refined foods and leave behind accumulated residue on the colon – even if you are having regular bowel movements.
Reasons
- Bloated abdomen
- Candida
- Colitis
- Constipation
- Diarrhea
- Hemorrhoids
- Inability to lose weight
- Irritable bowel syndrome
- Irritability
- Lower back pain
- Not feeling well
- Parasites
- Physician recommended
- Poor attention span
- Sluggish bowel
- Skin conditions
- SluggishnessColon Hydrotherapy can be most beneficial in helping to restore good health by:
- Allowing clearer passage of nutrients into the blood.
- Clearing the colon of old, hardened, waste material and harmful toxins.
- Increasing prevention of toxic absorption through healthy mucosa.
- Promoting a return of normal, orgasmic and regular bowel movements.
- Providing a favorable environment for bacteria and microflora for digestion.
- Restoring proper pH balance to the body.
- Strengthening peristaltic (natural muscular contraction) activity in the colon.

So, consider your meat consumption and the impact not only on your body, but on the environment. Does it make sense to constantly consume? How is your bowel?
